The 8th Annual Command Officer Boot Camp 2020 is May 12-14, 2020. This is a very family friendly Fire Conference designed for all ranks.

COBC 2020 will held on Beautiful Pensacola Beach at the Hilton Gulf Side Convention Center with rooms starting at $159 at the Hilton and $149 at the Hampton Inn next door. This years COBC will have 12 Speakers over three days covering everything Leadership & Tactics, plus RELATIONSHIPS in Life & Marriage. This is for someone wanting to improve their motivation level and/or elevate their career. We will have Leadership & Relationship lectures in the morning and Tactics/Fireground Operations lecture in the afternoon. Spouses that are registered with name tag will get full admission to any of the lectures and also get the full benefits of free beach chairs and umbrellas. All registered attendees will get CF Tactics wristband that gets up to 20% off at all most every establishment on Pensacola Beach, to include gift shops. The Hilton is almost SOLD OUT. Still rooms at the Hampton Inn next door and adding another Hotel soon with prices below $160.
Free Airport Shuttlers start at 0900 Monday May 11 and operate all day until 8PM and also operate Friday May 15th starting at 0400 and operating all day for those wanting to enjoy Friday before heading home. There will also be limited shuttles Saturday May 16th for those that pre-arrange. COBC will be 0800 to 1700 Hours Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. There will be nightly networking socials with all attendees and the instructors. The weather is Beautiful on Pensacola Beach in May. Usually in the Working Fire Midway! 80s with mostly sunny skies. May has one of the lowest rain fall months of the year on Pensacola Beach.
