Battalion Chief Boot Camp is a premier Battalion Chief Training and Chief Fire Officer Development Cohort Learning Program delivered by Chief Isakson and special guest Chief Officer partners over FIVE DAYS from 8:00am–5:00pm and at times beyond.

Curt “Ike” Isakson is a 30+ year veteran of the fire service, professional speaker, motivator, educator, and consultant with experience working in volunteer, career, and combination departments in urban, suburban, rural, and countywide settings.
He is currently the Deputy Chief of Operations for Bay County Emergency Services. Previously, he served over 20 years with Escambia County Fire Rescue as a line Battalion Chief. Before that, Curt was a Company Officer with the Pensacola Fire Department assigned to Heavy Rescue 31 for 9 years.
His experience directly supports this Chief Fire Officer Development and Battalion Chief Training Program, providing attendees with real-world leadership insight.
