County Fire Tactics (CFT) is excited to offer sponsored airport shuttle services for attendees and registered spouses traveling to and from the Pensacola International Airport during the upcoming conference. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please review the details and complete the registration form below. The shuttle will only operate on Sunday and Saturday.
Tips for a Smooth Experience
• Arrive Early on Sunday, January 4th: This ensures plenty of time for conference and hotel check-in, and readiness for the first day of your selected program on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
• Plan for TSA Wait Times: Pensacola Airport has experienced longer-than-average wait times, so early departures from the hotel are crucial.
SHUTTLE SERVICE DETAILS
In the past we have also used registration info from later arriving attendees to connect you with other later arriving attendees to rideshare upon arrival. Lastly, it allows you to be connected with fellow attendees that might be stranded in the same connecting airport. This seems to be occurring more frequently with later arriving flights and current airlines challenges.
ALL (Attendee, Spouse, Children) MUST complete a registration below. HUGE number of attendees, spouses, & families attending. We must report passenger counts to ensure the proper number of buses. There are only so many seats on the buses.
By completing the form below you are providing CFT the best data on passenger loads so we can provide our attendees a high level of service.
ARRIVAL, SUNDAY, JAN 4TH, 2026
• Shuttle Location: Outside Baggage Claim 3 at Pensacola International Airport.
• Times: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you’re arriving earlier register and we may be able to run an earlier passenger van.
• Important: If your flight arrives after 6:00 PM, please register to help us assess demand. Although extended hours are not guaranteed, historical data and registration information may help us coordinate alternate solutions, such as ridesharing with other late-arriving attendees or connecting you with those at the same connecting airport.
DEPARTURE, SATURDAY, NOV 10TH, 2026
• Shuttle Location: Outside the lobby of the Hilton Pensacola Beach.
• Times: Early, starting around 3:30 AM, to accommodate early flights. Service will conclude near 12:00 PM.
• TSA Reminder: Due to security wait times at Pensacola International Airport, shuttles will leave the hotel at least three hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Your assigned departure time will be based on the exact “wheels off the ground” time indicated on your airline ticket.
