May 10-12, 2016 at the Pensacola Beach Hilton Convention Center.
Registration will start at $250 for full conference attendance, to include free transportation to and from the Pensacola Airport. It will also include some free food and drinks with discounts at numerous restaurants. Paddle boarding and rental bikes will be available at a significant discount.

This will be a three-day conference on Command & Control of Fires and Emergencies. It will also cover commanding/leading an individual company, battalion, and department on a daily basis. This conference will be for the step up/acting officer, Newly promoted officer, Chief Officer, and Chief of Department. The first two days will be in the big room with Speakers like Mike Lombardo, Retired Fire Commissioner of the Buffalo Fire Department, Mark VonAppen, Captain with the Palo Alto FD, Todd Edwards, Assistant Chief Atlanta Fire, Ray McCormack, FDNY, and many more names to be added. The third day will be break out tracks based on rank with some hands on offered. We will have speakers covering all topics related to Leadership and getting the most out of your people. There will be a minimum of six different speakers from all over. Last years conference was a huge success and SOLD OUT early.

Understanding Tactical Command and Strategic Command. There is more than one style of command and a place for each. Is it a One Story Ranch or a High Rise multiple dwelling? Day 3 will have a class on Commanding the Mayday and will utilize radios and multi-media for the ultimate experience. Don’t wait until the real incident to prepare.
