I had registered for the COBC a couple years ago and had to back out the day before because my wife developed an infection in her leg from a previous surgery and had to be admitted to the hospital for another surgery. I was told my registration fee could roll over to another event. I was inquiring if it could be applied for the ‘19 COBC. Thank you
