SHUTTLE REQUEST APR '24 COBC
County Fire Tactics sponsored airport shuttles will get attendees to and from the Pensacola Airport on Monday and Friday only.
If you are arriving after 6:30pm on Monday, please complete the registration. Depending on the total number of later arriving attendees, shuttle operation times may be extended but historically have not been extended.
In the past we have also used registration info from later arriving attendees to connect you with other later arriving attendees to rideshare upon arrival. Lastly, it allows you to be connected with fellow attendees that might be stranded in the same connecting airport. This seems to be occurring more frequently with later arriving flights and current airlines challenges.
ALL Attendee’s (Spouses, Children) Flying and riding the Airport Shuttle MUST complete a registration below. We must report passenger counts to ensure the proper number of buses. There are only so many seats on the buses.
By completing the form below you are providing CFT the best data on passenger loads so we can provide our attendees a high level of service.

CFT encourages an earlier arrival on Monday for all COBC attendees if possible to ensure smooth conference check-in, hotel check-in, and be ready for the start of the Command Officer Boot Camp on Tuesday morning, April 30th, 2024.
- Monday, 4/29/24, arrivals will locate a Dream Catcher Shuttle outside Baggage Claim 3 at Pensacola International Airport.
- Monday, 4/29/24, courtesy shuttle service operational times are 11:00am to 6:30pm. But may start as early as 9:00am if large amounts of attendees & spouses are arriving early.
- Friday, 5/3/24, departures will locate a Dream Catcher Shuttle outside the Hilton Pensacola Beach Hotel lobby.
- Friday, 5/3/24, shuttle service on Saturday morning will begin very early to ensure your arrival at the Pensacola Airport. Shuttle service historically begins before 04:00 am to ensure attendees on time arrival for early flights.
- Friday, 5/3/24, registered attendees (Spouses & Children) will be assigned a specific shuttle departure time based on your flight departure time. This is the time the wheels are scheduled to leave the ground on your airline ticket.
