BCBC FEB '24 USE THE RED BUTTON FOR DEPARTING TRANSPORTATION
County Fire Tactics sponsored airport shuttles will get attendees to and from the Pensacola Airport on Sunday, and Saturday only.
If you are arriving after 5:00 pm on Sunday, please complete the registration. Depending on the total number of later arriving attendees, shuttle operation times may be extended but historically have not been extended.

CFT encourages an earlier arrival on Sunday for all BCBC attendees if possible to ensure smooth conference check-in, hotel check-in, and be ready for the start of the Battalion Chief Boot Camp on Sunday evening, February 4th, 2024.
- Sunday, 2/4/2024, arrivals will locate a Shuttle Van outside Baggage Claim 3 at Pensacola International Airport.
- Sunday, 2/4/2024, courtesy shuttle van service operational times are 10:00am to 5:30pm. But may start as early as 9:00am if large amounts of attendees & spouses are arriving early.
- Saturday, 2/10/2024, departures will locate a Dream Catcher Shuttle outside the Fairfield Inn & Suites lobby.
- Saturday, 2/10/2024, shuttle service on Saturday morning will begin very early to ensure your arrival at the Pensacola Airport. Shuttle service historically begins before 04:00 am to ensure attendees on time arrival for early flights.
- Saturday, 2/10/2024, registered attendees will be assigned a specific shuttle departure time based on your flight departure time.
