CFT AIRPORT SHUTTLE REQUEST URBAN TO SUBURBAN 2023

County Fire Tactics sponsored airport shuttles will get attendees to and from the Pensacola Airport on Monday, and Friday only.

If you are arriving after 6:30 pm on Monday, please complete the registration. Depending on the total number of later arriving attendees, shuttle operation times may be extended.

In the past we have also used registration info from later arriving attendees to connect you with other later arriving attendees to rideshare upon arrival. Lastly, it allows you to be connected with fellow attendees that might be stranded in the same connecting airport. This seems to be occurring more frequently with later arriving flights and current airlines challenges.

ALL (Attendee, Spouse, Children) MUST complete a registration below. HUGE number of attendees, spouses, & families attending. We must report passenger counts to ensure the proper number of buses. There are only so many seats on the buses.

CFT encourages an earlier arrival on Monday for all attendees & spouses if possible to ensure smooth conference check-in, hotel check-in, and be ready for the start of the Urban to Suburban 2023 on Tuesday morning.

  • Monday, 08/21/2023, arrivals will locate a Dream Catcher Shuttle outside Baggage Claim 3 at Pensacola International Airport.
  • Monday, 08/21/2023, courtesy shuttle service operational times are 11:00am to 6:30pm. But may start as early as 9:00am if large amounts of attendees & spouses are arriving early.
  • Friday, 08/25/2023, departures will locate a Dream Catcher Shuttle outside the Hilton Hotel lobby.

  • Friday, 08/25/2023, shuttle service on Friday morning will begin very early to ensure your arrival at the Pensacola Airport. Shuttle service historically begins before 04:00 am to ensure attendees on time arrival for early flights.
  • Friday, 08/25/2023, registered attendees will be assigned a specific shuttle departure time based on your flight departure time.
