Welcome to an intense, hands-on week of fireground strategies, tactics, leadership, and real-world training on the white sands of Pensacola Beach. Whether you’re here for CFT Fire School (hands-on tactics & task-level training) or BCBC & ODP (firehouse & fireground leadership, strategy, and implementation), this week is designed to ignite your personal and professional skillsets, expand your network, and push you to the next level.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

✅ Check-in
• Location: Hilton Pensacola Beach (White Sands Room)
• Sunday Afternoon: Opens for initial check-in
• Monday Morning: Check-in starts at 0730 for late arrivals

✅ Dress Code
• Monday: Class A uniform (no hat) preferred for all three program attendees if possible; Class B if needed; business casual as a last option.
• Tuesday – Friday: Business casual for BCBC & ODP attendees.

✅ Conference Kickoff
• All attendees meet Monday at 0745 in the ballroom for crucial event details.

✅ Daily Schedule
• 0600: Optional fitness walk (meet in the Hilton Lobby).
• 0745: Classes start.
• Morning & Afternoon Breaks: 30-minute breaks to keep you sharp.
• 120-Minute Lunch: Extended lunch period to refuel & network.
• 1800: Classes end (Friday extends to 2100 for final certificates).

✅ Airport Shuttle
• Sunday: Service available possibly up to 2100.
• Saturday Morning: Begins between 0330 and 0400.
• Outside these hours: Uber is your best bet.

✅ Free Parking
• Available at all partner hotels.
