COBC is a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly fire conference offering educational sessions on Leadership, Tactics, and Relationships. CFTactics designed this program for someone who wants to increase their personal and professional motivation while creating an opportunity to elevate their career.
The topics cover Leadership, Tactics, and Relationships in Life and Marriage. COBC is ideal for all ranks of Firefighters, Fire Officers, and their spouses to connect with colleagues and like-minded people.
Tactics Training Beyond the Minimum Recruit School.
CFT will host its first Beyond Minimum Standards Conference, December 5th-7th, 2023. Chief Isakson will open with a Keynote on Tuesday morning on the importance of being beyond the minimum. People Live and Die based on the level of investment firefighters make in their personal and fire department training.
Training Saves Lives and Creates the safest Fireground for firefighters while still placing civilians first. The Beyond Minimum Standards Conference will be 50% Lecture and 50% Hands On Training. FULL BUNKER GEAR will be required. Our tactics-driven conference will take the certified Firefighter to a whole new level. Attendees of our program should be Firefighter I & II certified to attend this conference.
During the conference, tactics covered will include: Forcible Entry, Forcible Exit, Through the Lock, Fortified Door Entry and Saw Operations in commercial buildings, Stretching, Flowing, Advancing, Advancing While Flowing, Vertical Fire Attack to include Standpipes & well hole stretches, rope stretches, Traditional Search Tactics, VES, Targeted Searches, Lines Supporting the VES & Targeted Searches, Vertical Ventilation, Horizontal Ventilation, Forced & Hydraulic Ventilation, Firefighter Survival and Firefighter Rescue, Water Supply & Delivery.
