The Pensacola Fire Departments New Fire Chief Ginny Cranor will do Great Things and has support I have rarely seen. Her humble leadership style will move individuals beyond things they have done before.

The change of commands last night at the Pensacola City council meeting was 2nd to none and the most impressive that I have personally experienced. Im very excited for the Pensacola FD and the area Fire Service. Chief Cranor is a Firefighter and truly supports training and a progressive fire service. If you have attended any CFT Conference you have seen her or even sat next to her in class because she has basically been at all of them trying to pick up anything new that she can. She is a Student of the fire service and believes Tactics Put Out Fires with Quality Leadership backing it up.
