DUE TO TSA SECURITY CHALLENGES AT PNS, YOU WILL DEPART THE HILTON AT LEAST THREE HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED “WHEELS OFF THE GROUND” TIME IF UTILIZING THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE ON FRIDAY 12/13/2024.
County Fire Tactics sponsored airport shuttles will get attendees to and from the Pensacola Airport on Monday and Friday only.
If you are arriving after 6:30pm on Monday, please complete the registration. Depending on the total number of later arriving attendees, shuttle operation times may be extended but historically have not been extended.

CFT encourages an earlier arrival on Monday for all PBFC attendees if possible to ensure smooth conference check-in, hotel check-in, and be ready for the start of the Pensacola Beach Fire Conference featuring HROC on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024.
- Monday, 12/09/24, arrivals will locate a Dream Catcher Shuttle outside Baggage Claim 3 at Pensacola International Airport.
- Monday, 12/09/24, courtesy shuttle service operational times are 11:00am to 6:30pm. But may start as early as 9:00am if large numbers of attendees are arriving early.
- Friday, 12/13/24, departures will locate a Dream Catcher Shuttle outside the Spring Hill Suites Hotel lobby.
- Friday, 12/13/24, shuttle service on Friday morning will begin very early to ensure your arrival at the Pensacola Airport. Shuttle service historically begins before 04:00 am to ensure attendees on time arrival for early flights. - Friday, 12/13/24, registered attendees will be assigned a specific shuttle departure time based on your flight departure time. This is the time the wheels are scheduled to leave the ground on your airline ticket.
