𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋 & 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊-𝐈𝐍

– 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲: A complimentary shuttle service will be available on Monday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Look for the large, white, 24-passenger bus operated by Dreamcatcher, which will be located just outside baggage claim 3 at Pensacola International Airport (PNS).

– 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗲 & 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗜𝗻: Check-in begins at 𝟒:𝟎𝟎 𝙋𝙈 𝙤𝙣 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮. You’ll be able to purchase your CFT Tumblers at check-in—these are in limited supply (fewer than 300 for 500 attendees), so be sure to grab yours early! These tumblers offer a 50% discount on drinks at most establishments and are perfect for carrying beverages as you explore the area.

– 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗜𝗻: If you’re arriving later, you can check in on Tuesday morning starting at 7:30 AM on the 1st Floor of the Hilton Gulfside in the White Sands room.

– 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲: All attendees and spouses should be in the Royal Palm Ballroom (aka “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙄𝙂 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙈”) by 8:00 AM on Tuesday. Spouses are strongly encouraged to attend the opening session as we’ll be sharing essential details about the week’s events.

– 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 & 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: Two 90-minute morning sessions and two 90-minute afternoon sessions, running from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

– 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: One session running from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with breaks and lunch throughout the day.

– 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: Hands-On Training (HOT) sessions by CFT Team Instructors featuring product demonstrations by Elkhart Brass, Key Hose, and UL’s Fire Safety Research Institute. There will also be lectures available for those who prefer not to participate in the hands-on activities.
