Please do not feel 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗟𝗬 🚫🥺👤 if your organization does not 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘 what you 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥 to the organization.

It is 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗢𝗡 for organizations to not 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘 what 𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗬𝗘𝗘𝗦 do outside their organization if it doesn’t 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗠 as an individual🚶‍♂️💼🌐.

Also, some do not like that a 𝗙𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗬𝗘𝗘 might have 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗬 beyond what they have 🌟👀🔍.
