Battalion Chief Boot Camp is a new Cohort Learning Program delivered solely by Chief Isakson over all FIVE DAYS from 8:00am–5:00pm. The ONE OF A KIND, 40-hour Battalion Chief Leadership & Tactics event will take place October 22nd – 28th, 2023 in Pensacola Beach, Florida at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. BCBC ’23 will enhance even the most experienced Command Officer.
This seventy attendee cohort learning concept is about MAXIMIZING every moment, Sunday Night through Saturday Morning. Be ready and willing for a 100% ALL IN, classroom participation learning experience, inclusive social learning experience, and opportunity for attendees to form a professional networking group to build your Chief Officer skills, and continuing to share experiences together.
