A woman and three dogs were rescued from a house fire in Florence on Friday afternoon.
The fire broke out in an attached garage at a home on Woodcreek Drive shortly after 12:30 p.m. The flames gutted the garage and an SUV inside, firefighters said.
One of the dogs required resuscitation, firefighters said.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
