The roof had one large cut and two trenchs. There were multiple doors and windows that had been forced/opened when this smoke explosion happened. The video is impressive. We must realize that a smoke explosion can happen at any time and even 25 or more minutes into the operation. DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN!!!
