Gator Fire Conference 2023, Gainesville Florida

🐊πŸ”₯ GATOR FIRE CONFERENCE 2023 🐊πŸ”₯ "Over 2,000 Reasons Why to Attend"

The Gator Fire Conference is a seating limited, learning unlimited program delivered solely by Chief Isakson over all THREE DAYS.Β  If you have seen Chief Isakson’s previous classes, and looking for something new, The Gator Fire Conference is for you.

Chief Ike’sΒ 24-hour Leadership & Tactics for the Fireground event will take place October 4th – 6th, 2023 in Gainesville, Florida. Attendees will understand how to maximize the First Alarm 🚨 and know when to call a Second Alarm 🚨🚨.

The Gator Fire Conference is limited to 50 attendees for better interaction, a quality learning environment, and evening social networking. Investment in this program will benefit Chief Officers, Firefighters, and Fire Officers. Anticipation is one key to successful firefighting, and firefighters who think like officers are an asset on the fireground.

Command Presence through training and experience.

Fireground Leadership and Command Confidence create Command Presence through training and experience. Command Presence is built on smaller incidents and is developed over time. Command Success only occurs if Command has a good understanding of what it takes to control, extinguish, and fully mitigate an incident with the best outcome.

Price includes handouts & notebook to take back & share the information.

This three-day conference will cover Fire Behavior for today’s and tomorrow’s fires based on the Interior, Exterior, and Coordinated Fire Attack UL/FSRI Studies. Attendees can then apply their understanding while operating on the Fireground to better serve their fire department and community. Next, Chief Isakson will mesh the learnings and data from the UL/FSRI Search Study and the 3,000 Civilan Rescues collected by the Firefighter Rescue Survey Group.

Chief Isakson will utilize previous real-world fire events analyzed in depth as examples to show attendees what it took to rescue civilians that survived, where civilians were located and removed that did not survive, dissecting the possibilities of why and what we can do the next time to increase the odds of survival.

This will bring Fire Attack, Ventilation, & Search together, so the Fire Service does not fail operationally when Smoke Detectors Fail. Water application, properly timed ventilation, and simultaneously deploying proper search tactics give trapped occupants the highest chance for survival.

WHAT ADDITIONAL TOPICS WILL BE COVERED OVER THE THREE DAYS

  • Fire Behavior β€œBlack Fire and Water on Smoke”.
  • Water Application β€œWater Mapping & Application”.
  • Ventilation β€œHorizontal, Vertical, Forced, & Hydraulic”.
  • Forcible Entry β€œResidential & Interior”.
