County Fire Tactics (CFT) is excited to offer sponsored airport shuttle services for attendees and registered spouses traveling to and from the Pensacola International Airport during the upcoming conference. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please review the details and complete the registration form below. The shuttle will only operate on Sunday and Saturday.
Tips for a Smooth Experience
• Arrive Early on Sunday, April 27th: This ensures plenty of time for conference and hotel check-in, and readiness for the first day of your selected program on Monday, April 28th, 2025.
• Plan for TSA Wait Times: Pensacola Airport has experienced longer-than-average wait times, so early departures from the hotel are crucial.
SHUTTLE SERVICE DETAILS
ARRIVAL SHUTTLE, SUNDAY, APR 27, 2025
• Shuttle Location: Outside Baggage Claim 3 at Pensacola International Airport.
• Times: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Early service may begin at 9:00 AM if a significant number of attendees are arriving earlier.
• Important: If your flight arrives after 6:30 PM, please register to help us assess demand. Although extended hours are not guaranteed, historical data and registration information may help us coordinate alternate solutions, such as ridesharing with other late-arriving attendees or connecting you with those at the same connecting airport.
DEPARTURE SHUTTLE, SUNDAY, MAY 3, 2025
• Shuttle Location: Outside the lobby of the Hilton Pensacola Beach.
• Times: Early, starting around 3:30 AM, to accommodate early flights. Service will conclude near 12:00pm.
• TSA Reminder: Due to security wait times at Pensacola International Airport, shuttles will leave the hotel at least three hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Your assigned departure time will be based on the exact “wheels off the ground” time indicated on your airline ticket.
