Was wondering if the conference will be all lecture or there will be a list of hands on classes available.

Where is the location in Pensacola and any nearby hotels?
I need a link to know who to contact about the discount for the hotel I am not from the same state from colorado. And do we need to bring an scba to the training for the live fire if there going to do that?
This site, will post Hotel information, week after Labor Day. There will be three hotels to choose from, at a cost of under $100 for a double. Pensacola Beach is very slow tourism wise in December and lodging will not be an issue. Anyone flying will be provide SCBA. Would be a good idea to bring mask. If you choose strictly Lecture/Command Track, gear will not be necessary. Conference is already over half sold and will most likely sale OUT before the end of summer. December 2 will be all Lecture from 8-5 with opening ceremony. There will be a Firefighter Social after class on December 3.

Just clarifying in the reply we as students will be provided with a scba to use while we are down there is that right? TSA dosent allowcair bottlesvin flight and the say to ship them ground to hotel that will be more exspense. So all we need is bunkergear and a scott face piece? I had a question is there away to get a refund I am still looking at trying to go but I am in a Training class and not sure if those dates will work but I still have quite a bit of time to figure this out. Couple of questions, first off where will the training be held, is there an address available? Secondly, our city has a policy they do not like us to use Paypal to pay for anything, since our department is paying for this training is there some other way to pay for it?
What rate code do we use to book rooms at the host hotel? All of their rates are over $100 per night (even at the government rate).
I am driving from out of state and will be unable to provide my own SCBA. I’ll have everything else, i.e. PPE and a Scott face piece – just not an SCBA. What are my options? WIll this be an issue?
1. All I have is my PayPal receipt, any way that I can get a confirmation email so as to prove that I am enrolled?
