I should have referred to it as the Ejector!

Fire is out then the fan is on….at least for most circumstances!
Pro= quickly removes smoke or “floating fuel” post knock down thus helping us and them
Con= if misused prematurely it can fuel the ignition of that same “floating fuel” and burn us and them…

Confined space and other place no exhaust fumes will be tolerated, but make sure it is explosive proof….

not very experienced but from what I’ve seen they are not properly used very often or you have people turning them on when they shouldn’t…. leading to fueling the fire and burning the people/firemen inside. just a thought
