Are the hydraulic lifts above ground systems or placed in the foundation of the structure?
Does the structure have a basement where the mechanic can drain fluids without having to raise the car on a jack or ramp type system? (stair well commonly found but not limited to the center of the garage between the two garage doors)
Dont park downhill, keep a good distance, liquid fires beware! FOAM!

RAM over the vehicle inside and 2 1/2″ SB in the other…no one goes in and I mean no one goes in until after the fire is out, smoke vented and building is cleared…type II building can be scrapped…also cold streams on hot steel make for an interesting scenario…indirect streams when necessary
