  1. THE UNKNOWN! Beware of the family owned welding shop! There could be oil change pits, oxy acetaline, famable liquids. The list could go on and on. Preplan or walk throughs would be in your best interest if you have these in your first due.

  2. Are there cars on the hydraulic lifts?
Are the hydraulic lifts above ground systems or placed in the foundation of the structure?
Does the structure have a basement where the mechanic can drain fluids without having to raise the car on a jack or ramp type system? (stair well commonly found but not limited to the center of the garage between the two garage doors)

  3. Don’t get complacent!!! I had a battalion chief tell me once…..ohh, its just a “Gargage fire”. Horse+%$**, these are dangerous and need to be approached as such. 9 times out of 10, heavy, nasty & potentially scary fire load.

  4. RAM over the vehicle inside and 2 1/2″ SB in the other…no one goes in and I mean no one goes in until after the fire is out, smoke vented and building is cleared…type II building can be scrapped…also cold streams on hot steel make for an interesting scenario…indirect streams when necessary

  5. Unquestionably imagine that that you said. Your favorite reason appeared to be at the web the easiest thing to keep in mind of.
I say to you, I definitely gett annoyed at thhe sam time
as people think about issues that they just don’t know about.

You managed to hit the nail upon thee highest annd also defined out
the entire thing without having side-effects , othdr people can take a signal.
Will likely be again to get more. Thanks
