  1. Is the cause of the difference in pressure because there is a PRV is in place. If so some of these devices can be easily removed or adjusted. I think the most important thing in the SP bag would be the inline gauge.

  2. Is the pressure shown in the picture static or working pressure? What floor is this connection made on? The pipe wrench would make it accessable to have water at your disposal.

  3. The PRV is everywhere in NorthWest Florida. Some are FG adjustable and some are not. You must get out and preplan. Make sure if they are adjustable you have the tool. Yes, The inline gaugeis critical!!! The 150 @ the FDC means nothing if a PRV is improperly set. This PRV in the photo has reduced over 70 psi.
